(1)防晕机。晕机呕吐是平衡器官紊乱，身体适应较差的缘故，一般只要保持镇静，排除杂念，服些防晕车船药就会平安无事。

　　如果知道自己可能会晕机，最好在登机前15分钟服药。

　　(2)防旧病突发：飞机起飞、降落、上升、下降、转弯、颠簸等飞行姿态的变化，以及飞机在穿越云层时光线明暗的快速变化，会刺激一些疾病发作。

　　由血栓或出血引起的脑病患者，绝对不要乘飞机;重度脑震荡病人应有专科医生随行并采取有效防范措施;轻度脑震荡病人应随身带些止痛药;患有血管硬化症的老年人在登机前可服少量镇静剂，感冒流涕和鼻塞不通的病人最好不乘坐飞机，因为咽鼓管阻塞有鼓膜穿孔的危险。

　　(3)防航空性中耳炎：防的有效措施是张嘴和吞咽。张着嘴或一个劲地吞口水，当然也能起预防作用，但毕竟欠雅观。所以航班上一般都忘不了给每位旅客送一小包包装精美的糖果，这道理就在其中。嚼几粒糖果，或嚼几块口香糖使咽鼓管常开。嚼吃是预防航空性中耳炎的最有效办法，也是最令人轻松愉快的措施。

　　若感觉症状仍未消除，可用拇指和食指捏住鼻子，闭紧嘴巴，用力呼气，让气流冲开咽鼓管进入中耳空气腔而消除耳闷、耳重、耳痛等症状。
